Each of my newborn sessions are unique - built around what's important to you, your vision and your families needs in this very exciting (but sometimes chaotic and delicate) time of life.

I offer multiple ways to experience your newborn portrait photography, allowing the freedom to choose exactly the photos you want, the way you want.
​
I also appreciate that the arrival of a new baby can be unpredictable and I offer flexibility in your session time around the arrival of your new one into the world. I keep session times set aside for newborns.
​
All sessions include my time and expertise, a complimentary consultation to ensure we're a good fit, guidance on wardrobe, on-location or at-home photography session, a professionally edited gallery available for easy, full-resolution download + a premium, curated photobook, full of your new memories.
CONSULTATION
For me, getting to know you, your family and your vision is the essence of delivering photographs that you'll still be looking back on in decades to come. For many families who come to me, this isn't something they've considered so I guide you through the entire process.

Depending on your unique needs and life, we can do this via questionnaire or remotely via Zoom. We will discuss how to personalise your session with a location that suits you and your families needs and vision, wardrobe ideas, how to co-ordinate your family with neutral tones and how to prepare for your portraiture session
PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION
The day finally arrives. Newborn sessions are a little different to a regular family photography session. I offer newborn sessions both on-location or in-home, in natural light.

My newborn sessions are entirely led by baby and you. That means there's never any rush to feed or change or soothe. It's all part of it. I believe your baby belongs in your arms so I don't offer any kind of unnatural posing - just natural moments between you and your baby.
​
Each session lasts approximately 90-minutes, so there's plenty of time to capture your family in a relaxed way with a careful combination of natural play and guided moments. I focus on your natural love and the small details of your life together.

Your professionally edited photographs will be delivered via an online gallery for simple high-resolution download.

Your photographs are made to display, so a curated, premium photobook is a complimentary inclusion in all sessions.
